Incompetent by an HR member July 2017

Inexperienced and incompetent. Con artist and will rip of your Association if you give them too much power. Note their address is not to a building but a UPS Box. Cruz plays favorites with the association members and will help some and bully others. Stay away, unprofessional and a con artist. Research the lawsuits against him. Violates the ADA act, does not help women or the less fortunate. Terrible
