Beware...all we get for our HOA money is E by an HR member April 2014

I know there have been more Negative Reviews that are no loner showing up here!!! Brickrow is the most Defensive Rude, Inefficient and Totally Useless Company I have ever dealt with!! Jim Ladd falls asleep during HOA meetings and double talks and makes excuses about their poor services. Adrianna Ladd, his wife, is very rude! She has yelled at residents during HOA meetings!! She is very unprofessional and defensive ... There are shouting matches at the meetings. We are all so angry with Brickrow!
Our mailboxes were broken into over 3 weeks ago!! They finally got the boxes installed last night. We were not told when the new keys would be delivered . I came home today to find a paper on my door which said "Postal Systems has notified USPS and we are waiting on them to install their postal locks, they allow 3 days to do this, please note Mail will not be delivered to the new mailboxes until they are locked by the post office...."
Now the Best Part ... I come home to find out Brickrow came by in the middle of the day to deliver the new key.... without any notice... It's Friday afternoon Memorial Day Weekend... Of course, Brickrow is closed on the weekends!
The notice goes on to say "if you received this notice, it is because we attempted to deliver you your new key but you were not home"... "Please stop by our office from 8 am- 4 pm to pick up your new mail box key"...!!!
I Work Between 8-4... So now I Have to Take off Work to get My Key at their office! Their website is down. We pay Them to Serve Us! They Expect Us to Come to Them... Something is Very Wrong with this company!! Beware...all we get for our HOA money is Excuses!
