BEWARE SPM Group! by an HR member July 2012

SPM is totally unresponsive to unit owners. They do not maintain records as required by law, they do not comply with official records requests, they do not return phone calls. There is NO on-site presence or management. An employee goes to our building once a week, but he says he's only there to sell laundry tokens and collect checks. The property manager is crude and disrespectful to unit owners.
